Jammu 9 :- In a significant operation, the Jammu police have arrested one person and recovered a large quantity of heroin valued at ₹30-40 crore. The accused is currently in police custody, and further investigation is underway.
The police have not yet released the identity of the accused or additional details about the operation. However, sources suggest that this seizure is one of the largest in recent times, and it is believed to be a major blow to drug trafficking in the region.
The police are expected to provide more information about the case this afternoon in a press conference which will be addressed by Adgp Jammu zone.
The accused is being interrogated in police custody, and the police are working to uncover more details about the drug trafficking network.
