Kargil 27 :- A felicitation programme acknowledging the performance of students who participated in University of Ladakh Annual Road Race-2024 conducted by Department of Students Welfare, University of Ladakh at its Leh campus on 24 July, 2024.
A total of 10 women and 3 men athletes from GDC Zanskar participated in the event. In the women category, Padma Yudon of 3rd semester won the third position while Rehana Batool of 3rd semester bagged the fourth position.
The students were felicitated by Mohd Ishaq, Principal of the college with trophies and traditional khataqs.
On the occasion, the Principal congratulated the students and particularly the position holders for their exemplary performance and urged the students to actively take part in such co-curricular events for overall personality development.
The felicitation event was steered by Mustafa Ali, Director Physical Education and Sports. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Assistant Professor, Jamphel Sheyan.
