Jammu 26 :- Gaurav Gupta, former General Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry , Jammu, paid heartfelt tributes to the Kargil Martyrs today at the Balidan Stambh in Jammu. The solemn event was held in commemoration of Kargil Vijay Diwas, a day that marks India’s victory in the Kargil War and honors the brave soldiers who laid down their lives in service to the nation.
During his visit, Gaurav Gupta expressed profound respect and admiration for the valor and sacrifice of the Kargil heroes. He laid a wreath at the Balidan Stambh, the memorial dedicated to the martyrs, and observed a moment of silence to honor their memory.
In a statement issued today, Gaurav Gupta emphasized the importance of remembering and honoring the sacrifices made by the soldiers who fought in the Kargil War. He stated, “Kargil Vijay Diwas is a reminder of the indomitable spirit, courage, and dedication of our armed forces. The martyrs of Kargil War are true symbols of bravery, and their sacrifices have ensured the sovereignty and security of our nation.
