Bandipora, July 16:- With the aim to provide basic medical facilities to peoples of rural far flung areas the central reserve forces 3rd Battalion under civic action programme organized a free medical camp on Tuesday in Gundapura village of Rampora in Bandipora district.

The camp was attended by hundreds of poor and disabled  peoples from Gundpora and its adjoining areas who were given free treatment and medicines in the camp.

The medical camp was inaugurated by Commondent 3rd BN Mahindet Kumar, who while speaking with the media said that the camp is the aim to the conducting free medical camp is to provide free medical facilities to poor peoples of these area ‘s and more camps like this will be held in other areas as well.

“This initiative by the CRPF is commendable as it provides much-needed relief to the underprivileged communities of the region, “locals added.

The residents of the area appreciated the CRPF’s efforts in organizing such a medical camp, which provided essential services to individuals who otherwise lack access to basic healthcare facilities.
