Kargil, July 13, 2024: Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil, Er. Phunchok Tashi, along with Director Metrological Department Ladakh, Sonam Lotus on Friday flagged off students who are heading to Kargil for two-day event titled “Know Your Army – Weapon and Equipment Display.”
The event scheduled for July 13-14 at Helipad Kargil, aims to provide students with an opportunity to gain insight into the functioning and equipment of the Indian Army.
The event is intended to foster a sense of patriotism among the students under the aegis of the celebration of 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas. Faculty members were also present at the flag-off ceremony.
