Leh, July 10: Delhi Public School (DPS), Leh organized a four-day educational trip for students of classes XI and XII to the breathtaking region of Zanskar. The trip promised was an unforgettable experience offering a unique blend of adventure, culture, and education. This trip’s major highlights included cultural immersion, environmental education and experiential learning.
This tour provided Dipsites with an opportunity to visit various ancient monasteries, interact with local communities, and learn about the rich cultural heritage of the Zanskar Valley.
The trip also focused on teaching students about the fragile ecosystem of the Himalayas, with activities designed to raise awareness about environmental conservation. This trip not only proved to be a first-hand experience of the diverse cultures and traditions of Ladakh but also enhanced students’ understanding of geography, history, and environmental science through experiential learning.

Comprehensive safety measures, including medical assistance and emergency protocols, were in place throughout the trip.
