Leh, July 09: The Ladakh Science Foundation (LSF) is set to launch an exhilarating summer science camp aimed to offer an immersive experience for science enthusiasts of all ages. The camp, designed to ignite curiosity and foster a passion for science and technology, will run in two engaging sessions this summer.

The Summer Science Camp will take place in two distinct batches: from July 11th to 15th, 2024, and again from July 22nd to 26th, 2024. The five-day program is set against the stunning backdrop of Ladakh, offering a unique blend of educational and recreational activities.

Participants can look forward to a variety of interactive workshops, hands-on experiments, and thought-provoking discussions. The camp aims to inspire a love for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields through a series of engaging and educational sessions. Attendees will have the chance to explore scientific concepts, experiment with new ideas, and meet like-minded individuals in a stimulating environment.

 “We are thrilled to offer this unique opportunity to explore the wonders of science and technology in the breath-taking landscape of Ladakh,” said a spokesperson from LSF. “Our aim is to ignite curiosity and inspire young minds to pursue careers in STEM fields.”

The camp welcomes a diverse group of Indian nationals including students aged 10 years and above with a keen interest in science and technology, Minor students accompanied by an adult guardian, School, College, and University students from any field of study besides Teachers, Professionals, and members of the general public who are passionate about science.

Registration for the Summer Science Camp is now open and is entirely free of charge. Interested individuals are only responsible for covering their own travel, boarding, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses for the duration of the camp.

To secure a spot, candidates can fill out the Google Form available on LSF’s social media accounts. Due to limited availability, early registration is encouraged to ensure participation.
