Leh, July 03: A 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck the Union territory of Ladakh on Wednesday, officials said.
They said there were no immediate reports of any casualty or damage.
According to the National Center of Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at a depth of 15 km at 8.12 am.
“Earth Quake of Magnitude: 4.4, took place on 03 July 2024 at 08:12:59 Indian Standard
Time, with Latitude: 36.10 N, Longitude: 74.81 E, at a Depth of 150 Km in Leh district of the union territory of Ladakh,” the National Center for Seismology wrote in a post on X.
