Leh, June 30: The 40th birthday of His Eminence the 8th Choskyong Palga Rinpoche was celebrated with great joy and reverence at Naljorling, Chuchot Yokma today. The auspicious occasion was marked by a heartfelt ceremony attended by distinguished guests and numerous devotees from the region.
