Leh: The Intensified Pulse Polio Immunization Program was held at Primary Health Center (PHC) Chuchot today on March 3.
Councillor Chuchot, LAHDC, Leh, Mirza Hussain inaugurated the Intensified Pulse Polio Immunization program in presence of Block Medical Officer (BMO) Chuchot, Dr. Nurboo Angchok. He also flagged off the mobile teams which were sent to various parts of the Leh Block to ensure no child is left without anti-polio drops.
BMO, Chuchot informed that 13 Supervisors were engaged and 110 polio booths were set up in the Leh Block to target 3100 children in the age group of 0-5 age.
During the occasion, Doctors and paramedical staff of PHC Chuchot were present.
