DRASS: Despite the challenges posed by heavy snowfall, the taps in the Drass area of Kargil district are impressively functional, ensuring continued access to clean water for the community.
The beneficiaries of Jal Jeevan Mission are commending PHED team Kargil and UT Administration for delivering pure and clean water round the clock, even in sub-zero temperatures of minus 24, without any interruption.
“Despite the challenges posed by heavy snowfall, the taps installed as part of the Jal Jeevan Mission in the Drass area of Kargil district are impressively functional, ensuring continued access to clean water for the community,” Jal Jeevan Mission Kargil said in a message.
