Kargil: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon on Tuesday chaired a review meeting of developmental activities in Zanskar Sub Division.
The meeting was attended by Executive Councilor, RDD/PR, FC&CA, ZDA and Forest, Er. Punchok Tashi, Executive Councilor Education, Mechanical and Handloom, Zakir Hussain, Councilor upper constituency Drass Abdul Samad, Sub Divisional Magistrate Zanskar Romil Singh Donk, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Mohd Sharif, Chief Medical Officer Dr Liyaqat, District Officers and Sub Divisional Level Officers.
SDM Zanskar informed the chair that all the preparations for 2nd edition of Zanskar Winter Sport and Tourism Festival 2023-2024 are ready.
Various officers raised their issues regarding their respective departments and requested to resolve on priority. The non-local employees requested to make a transfer policy as they are posted there for last more than four or five years.
The CEC stressed all the Sectorial Officers to ensure utilization all the allotted funds under Capex/SDP and other heads before closing the financial year.
