Leh, Feb 11: Executive Councillor for Tibetan Welfare, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee and Executive Councillor for Agriculture, Stanzin Chosphel along with Councillor Nyoma, Ishey Spalzang, and Councillor Phyang, Tundup Nurboo celebrated Tibetan Losar with the Tibetan Community in Leh Ladakh. Advisor to HLG Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal also attended the Losar celebration at Tibetan Settlement, Choglamsar.EC Tashi Yakzee extended his warm greetings to all the Tibetans residing in Ladakh and across the world headed by the spiritual Guru, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on this auspicious occasion of Losar and further prayed for a long life and good health of His Holiness along with prosperity for all the Tibetans across world.
