Kargil, Jan 26: The 75th Republic day was celebrated today at the District Court Complex Kargil. Principal District and Sessions Judge Kargil, Malik Shabir Ahmad unfurled the National Flag, which was followed by the National Anthem.On this occasion Fariqa Nazir Chief Judicial Magistrate Kargil, Shafiq Mushtaq Lone Munsiff/JMIC Sankoo, Ld. APP Kargil, President Bar Association Kargil, Bar Members and Court Staff along with officers from the District Administration, Para Legal Volunteers and Litigants were also present.
A smartly dressed contingent of District Police Kargil presented guard of honour. At the event, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kargil distributed sweets among the participants after the function.
