Leh, Jan 25: An event was organised under Road Safety Month, 2024 at Common Facility Centre (CFC) Tangtse.
A total of 97 people participated in the event including public, employees of different departments and police personnels.
SDM Durbuk presided over the function.
During the event, Road safety pledge 2024 was taken by all the participants.
The event discussed the causes of road accidents and the preventive measures and Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 section 106.
