Leh Jan 13: A comprehensive training on accurate growth measurement using the new Growth Monitoring Device (GMD) and updating correct data on Poshan Tracker was conducted at ICDS Kharu for Gya and Sakti zone Anganwadi Worker (AWW) and Anganwadi Helper (AWH) on January 13.
The training was provided by Block Coordinator, Poshan, Tsering Dolma.
Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Sonam Nilza stressed on the zero Moderated Acute Malnutrition (MAM)/ Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) campaign. She informed that supplementary nutrition is provided and periodic home visit is carried out in such case.
Supervisor, workers and helpers were present during the training.
