Leh, Dec 27: Ladakh Police Chief, Dr. S.D Singh Jamwal on Wednesday underlined the importance of teamwork in upholding the principles of justice, even as he called upon his men in uniform to work with utmost professional manner as a true public servant for the welfare of the citizens in various fronts.
The Additional Director General of Police, Jamwal was speaking a ‘Bada Khana’ party organized at Police Headquarters, Leh, on the onset of New Year.
Jamwal expressed his gratitude for the dedication and commitment of the police force and emphasized the importance of teamwork in upholding the principles of justice.
He urged him them to do all works with utmost professional manner as a true public servant for the welfare of the citizen in various fronts.
He conveyed his best wishes for the upcoming year, encouraging all members of the force to discharge their duties with renewed dedication and honesty.
The ‘Bada Khana’ was organised as a gesture of appreciation for the hard work and dedication exhibited by the police personnel throughout the preceding year in discharge of their task with utmost dedication, an official spokesperson said.
Bada Khana party served as a platform for officers and staff to come together, share moments of joy and strengthen the bonds of camaraderie within Ladakh Police who are working at Police Headquarters.
In addition to the festivities at the Police Headquarters, similar Bada Khana parties are being organized at all police units across U.T Ladakh.
