NABARD sponsored Skill Development Programme on Data Entry Operator for 60 youth launched in Kargil

Kargil, Dec 06: A Skill Development Training Program on Data Entry Operator in Kargil district of UT Ladakh sponsored by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) through Natural Resource Management and Common Wealth (NRMCW) Bhopal was launched today.
The program was inaugurated at Eloquent Internationals Kargil by the Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil, for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Er. Punchok Tashi. Assistant Commissioner Development, Ghulam Mohd was the guest of honour and Councilor 19 Saliskote, Mohd Sajjad Khan was the special guest at the event.
While addressing the students, EC Tashi highlighted the importance of training specifically data entry in today’s information and technology world. He further appreciated the efforts of the team members and staff for providing quality training in Kargil.
Mohd Sajjad Khan focused on the values of skills and generating employment using one’s skills. During the event, ACD Kargil Ghulam Mohd emphasized that students should not limit themselves to training and merely seeking jobs; instead, they should leverage their skills to become job creators.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by Naat recitation by the students. Asgar Ali, a trainer at Eloquent International conducted the program proceedings and welcome address. Nasir ud din center incharge briefed the audience about the course.
Mohd Issa representing NRMCW welcomed the guests with traditional Khatak on the occasion and thanked NABARD for providing funding for the three-month-long skill development programme in Kargil.
