Leh, Oct 30: As an extension of the LAHDC Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT), an LAHDC – GOLDENMILE MENTORSHIP Program was launched at DIET Leh today which was chaired by the DEPO Leh, Sonam Wangchuk and Goldenmile Co-founder Rajesh Patel.
The mentorship program is for the selected cohort of RTT trained English teaching educators of Ladakh who went through their first ever classroom observation process in August 2023.
It was informed that these educators will be mentored by a group of carefully selected, highly experienced English Language Teaching (ELT) experts on individual basis virtually for six months.
The program commenced from October 2023 and will be concluded by April 2024. It was attended by the Goldenmile program Director, Dr. Neepa Oza, Goldenmile and Power weave executive from Mumbai and all mentors from different parts of world.
