Leh, Oct 09: Elated over the spectacular performance by congress party in the LAHDC-Kargil elections the District Congress Committee Leh (DCC), entire party rank and file Monday extended heartfelt congratulations to all the victorious party candidates and party workers at Kargil for their tireless efforts in achieving favourable results for the party.
