Leh: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and First Lady Smt. Neelam Mishra attended the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre at Phyang.
The LG unveiled the logo of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of LSRC on the occasion. He interacted with the jawans of LSRC and congratulated all the troops and officials of LSRC on its Diamond Jubilee.
LSRC is an infantry regiment of the Indian Army which was formed in 1963.
GOC-in-C, Northern Command, Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi; GOC, 14 Corps, Lieutenant General Rashim Bali; Commanding Officer, LSRC, Col PS Parihar and other Army officials were present in the event.
