DC Kargil reviews preparations for +2 level KSSRB examination

KARGIL: Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired the preparatory training to conduct the LAHDC, Kargil Subordinate Service Requirement Board 10+2 examination.

During the training, District Treasury Officer/Controller Examination, Chief Planning Officer, Kargil, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents besides other concerned officers were present.

During the meeting, the DC reviewed the examination schedule and discussed the resources that would be needed to conduct the exam in a smooth and transparent manner.

It was informed that the 10+2 examination will held in two shifts in the morning and evening with different paper sets.

He said that around 12,000 applications have been received for the 10+2 level exam and the exam will be conducted in 31 centers including in Zanskar.

The DC Kargil instructed the Superintendents should instruct the invigilators to sign the OMR sheet ensuring that the candidates have filled up all the particulars.

He also directed to avoid any kind of gathering and maintain indiscipline in the respective examination centres. The concerned departments were instructed to ensure proper planning of frisking and deployment of police.

Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents were directed to ensure timely distribution of question papers before the commencement of examination, distribution of OMR sheets in sequences and filling of OMR sheets.

The concerned superintendents were also advised to display the list of roll numbers at examination centres a day before the examination and directed to ensure fair and transparent examination.

Chief Controller Examination briefed about the process of examination, discussed the complaints, minor issues faced in the earlier examination and also directed the concerned to strictly follow the time as per the standard procedure.

It was further informed that private media persons would not be allowed in the examination centres, however, if they need video/visuals for news purpose that will be provided by the DIPR Kargil.
