Leh: LAHDC Leh paid tribute 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche on his 106th Birth Anniversary with a symbolic celebration at the Council Secretariat Leh in the presence of Executive Councillor for Agriculture Stanzin Chosphel, councillors and officials of the Council Secretariat Leh.
