Srinagar: A talented young woman from Pinglish Tral, South Kashmir, has achieved a remarkable feat by creating the world’s smallest Shikara in Mandala art.
Mahira Shah, 24, has entered the Indian Book of Records for her outstanding achievement. Mahira, who got married in Sallar Pahalgam, is known for creating unique art pieces that promote the culture and heritage of Kashmir.
Mahira revealed that she is a self-taught Mandala artist who has been interested in the art form since childhood. She began making paintings and sculptures in 2008, but she was not satisfied with the results. She then got the idea of creating Mandala art and honed her skills in this field.
Mahira’s dedication and hard work have paid off, and she has now created the world’s smallest Shikara in Mandala art, which is a significant accomplishment. “With the blessing of Allah, I became interested in creating and breaking world records. With this dedication, I created the world’s first and smallest Shikara in Mandala art,” she said.
Mahira’s achievement is a source of pride for her family and the people of Kashmir. Her unique art pieces are not only aesthetically pleasing but also promote the rich culture and heritage of the region.
