LEH: The transporters from Ladakh union territory on Thursday met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and apprised him of their issues. The transporters were accompanied by the member of parliament from Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal.
“The representatives of all Ladakh Transport Unions headed by MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday and extend gratitude for his constant supports,” Namgyal wrote on his Twitter profile.
The transporters also discussed matters pertaining to the vehicles vintage in defence services and requested for further support to the people of Ladakh, he added.
