Two day’s training programme on “Karmayogi Police Person” concluded at STC Talwara

Jammu, December 26: Two day’s Training Programme on “Karmayogi Police Person” was commenced at STC Talwata  w.e.f 23.12.2022 which was inaugurated by Sh. Jameel Ahmed, SSP, Principal STC Talwara. 

Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Dy.SP was Course Coordinator during the Training Programme in which (20) officials/Trainees of this Institute were participated. The idea behind the training programme is to bring about the change in attitude and skill set in Police Personnel. The participants have been trained in 08 modules as per guidance provided by Capacity Building Commission.

At conclusion, Worthy Principal STC Talwara in his valedictory address has laid emphasis to inculcate “Service Attitude” in dealing with general public, the more we become Karmayogi Police Person, the more our Service Power will manifest itself the positive impact we can make on society. A very positive response has been received from the participants and they were seemed confident to serve the society in a better way after acquired training from the said programme.           

One day workshop Programme was organized at STC Talwara on STI/HIV/AIDS to spread awareness among trainees as well as staff of this Institute. In the inaugural session, Sh. Jameel Ahmed SSP, Principal STC Talwara welcomed the resource person of the event, Dr. Bilal Ahmed of District Hospital Reasi. Dr. Ahmed gave an elaborated talk on the topic and laid emphasis on the conscious efforts that shall be taken by us for the eradication of HIV/AIDS from the society. We have to be compassionate and sympathetic with the patients of this dreadful disease. Sh. Surdeep Singh , Dy.SP Admn, ( 480) trainees and all staff of STC Talwara were present on the occasion.
