POONCH, DECEMBER 07: Joint Director School Education Poonch-Rajouri, Mohammad Ashraf today chaired a meeting of members of Private Schools Association Poonch here in his office chamber to review the functioning of Private Schools in the District.
The Joint Director directed the members of Association to focus on the studies of the students by providing quality education, enhancing the learning outcome, infrastructure development as per Government norms. He further asked them to augment the teaching learning process by imparting training to the teachers.
The Joint Director also emphasized to implement NEP-2020 in letter and spirit.
Instructions were also issued for conducting parents-teachers meetings on a regular basis. The members were further asked to restrain from any kind of corporal punishment to the students.
Chief Education Officer Poonch, Bhishamber Das also interacted with the members and shared his valuable experience. The Association members also shared some practical difficulties for which the chair assured them to extend full support.
The meeting was attended by District President Private School Association, Wahid Ahmed Bandey and other Tehsil / Zonal presidents of the Private School Association of District Poonch.
