Leh: District Legal Services Authority, Leh, under the aegis of High Court of J & K and Ladakh and under the chairmanship of Chairman of District Legal Services Authority, Leh (Principal District & Sessions Judge, Leh Yashpal Sharma, observed Constitution Day at District Court Complex Leh.
Spalzes Angmo (Member Secretary Ladakh Legal Services Authority), Tsewang Phuntsog (Secretary DLSA Leh/CJM, Leh), Wangail Tsering (Munsiff Nubra/Chairman TLSC Nobra), Nawang Nurboo (APP Court of PDSJ Leh), Mohd Shafi Lassu (President (Bar Association, Leh), APPs, Bar Members, Court Officials/Staffs, PLVs and litigant public participated in the event.
The event started with reading of the Preamble of the Constitution of India and followed speeches by Yashpal Sharma (Principal District & Sessions Judge, Leh), Nawang Nurboo (APP) and Mohd Shafi Lassu (Bar President) throwing lights upon the guiding principles of the Constitution as enshrined in the Constitution, Fundamental rights, Fundamental Duties, Directive Principles of States Policy and other provisions of the significant Constitution.
