Leh Oct 21:- DLSA Leh organized a Special Lok Adalat at District Court Complex Leh, in which 05 benches were constituted. Bench No. 1 comprising of Mr. Om Prakash Bhagat Pr. Dist. & Sessions Judge Leh and Mr. Mohd. Shafi President Bar Association Leh, Bench No. 2 comprising of Ms Spalzes Angmo CJM Leh and Advocate Gonbo Stobgyal Bench No. 3 Mrs.
comprising of Mrs. Phuntsog Angmo Sub Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate, Leh and Advocate Deachen Angmo Bench No: 4 comprising of Mr. Wangail Tsering Munsiff Nobra and Advocate Touseef Ahmad), Bench No. 5 was constituted at Khaltsi comprising of Mr. Chhemit Yourgail Munsiff Khaltsi and Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Tehsildar Khaltsi.
In the said Special Lok Adalat cases pertaining to Bank Cases, Recovery matters Matrimonial Cases, Criminal Compoundable Cases, Civil Cases, Labour disputes and
Traffic Challans were taken up and disposed of. A total of 04 Pre-Litigation cases were taken up out of which 04 cases were disposed off and 36 Post Litigation cases were taken
up out of which 36 cases were disposed of in the said Special Lok Adalat by the above mentioned benches and settlement amount was Rs. 77,14,301/-.
