Kargil Oct 07 :- Inter-school tournament of Kho Kho, handball and athlete games organized by Youth and Sports Department Drass concluded today.
The U/17 final volleyball match was played at horse polo ground Goshan Drass. The event started with national anthem. The final match was played between Himabas High School Bhimbet and Govt. High School Muradbagh. Finally, Himabas lifted the trophy.
Executive Councilor works Mubarak Shah Naqui was the chief guest. While addressing the gathering, the EC said that games are part of life and students should choose the game as career. He advised students that besides studies they should also play games as well.
ZPEO Drass Noor Muhammad thanked the chief guest, incharge teachers and students for making the tournament successful. Finally, medals, certificates and mementos were distributed among winners and runners.
