Kargil Oct 03 :- Executive Councilor Tourism, RD and Zanskar Affairs, LAHDC, Kargil Er. Punchok Tashi today visited Hanamur of Pidmo village.
During the visit, he identified the location for construction of a foot suspension bridge sanctioned under District Capex at a cost of Rs 1.60 cr.
He was accompanied with Chairman Block Development Council Zanskar, Stanzin Sungdup, Executive Engineer Public Work Department and Junior Engineer. He directed the Exen to start the work immediately and complete the bridge by next working season.
The villagers appreciated and thanked EC Tashi for fulfilling of the long-pending demand.
