Leh, Oct 01: In continuation to the training programme that started on Sept 28 on various modules by the CBSE training team, today several meetings/programmes were conducted at different venues.
In this context, a meeting regarding the Bhoti language/framing of syllabus under CBSE with the Bhoti Language Core Committee was chaired by Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal. It discussed various issues viz. nation-centric curriculum, publication, syllabus structure, pattern, marking distribution, inclusiveness etc.
Dy Chairman, LAHDC, Leh, Tsering Angchuk; Director School Education, Dr Safdar Ali and Head COE, CBSE, Chandigarh, Anjali Chabbra also attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, Assistant Professor, DAV College of Education, Abohar, Ajay Kumar Khosla took a session on Happy Classrooms for Elementary Teachers at PARAS Hall, Boys Higher Secondary School, Leh.
A session on Experiential Learning, held at Main Auditorium, DIET Leh, was headed by Principal Cambridge International School for Girls, Jalandhar, Deepa Dogra.
Similarly, a resource person from CBSE, R P Singh took a session on Skill/ Vocational Education for the Vocational trainers and Head of Institutes at Mini Hall, DIET Leh.
Several other modules, such as Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies, National Education Policy, School Library and Python Basics are scheduled to be held in the coming days.
