New Delhi Oct 01 :- PM Modi late on Friday evening addressed a huge gathering at Abu Road in Rajasthan without a mike as he didn’t want to violate any rule of using loudspeakers post 10pm.
“I apologise for coming so late. I assure you to come back and return your warmth with interest,” he said.
The crowd reciprocated by putting on their mobile torches.
