Udhampur Aug 05:- With a view to bolstering public support for ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’, flagship programme of Bharat Sarkar, Mr. Ranbir Singh Pathania, Spokesperson BJP J&K held a series of meetings in district Udhampur at Battal, Ballian, Rowndomail, Ramnagar, Majalta and other locations. He sensitised the people regarding the revolutionary and path breaking initiative of Bharat Sarkar, Har Ghar Tiranga.
It is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark 75th year of India’s independence. Our relationship with the flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal. Bringing the flag home collectively as a nation in the 75th year of independence thus becomes symbolic of not only an act of personal connection to the Tiranga but also an embodiment of our commitment to nation-building. The idea is to invoke a feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and to promote awareness about Indian National Flag.
Mr Pathania called upon people to take up this initiative on war footing level as India has turned 75 celebrating ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’. He held a series of meetings with party cadres planning to hold motorcycle rallies, parbhat pheris, flexes and motivating and mobilizing the people to hoist national flag on their homes in every nook and corner of the area. He also sensitised the people regarding observation of the said karyakram in their respective areas. He called upon them to liaise with the Deptt. of RDD, Education deptt. and ensure that people hoist and flutter tiranga at all the houses. It should be the moral as well as nationalist commitment of everybody that no house should be left without tiranga on the eve of this independence day.
He was accompanied by Kuldeep Sharma, Mool Raj, Rajgopal Gupta, Samar Singh, Pankaj Gupta, Naresh Kumar, Sanjay Pujari, Joginder Singh, Charanjit, Prof Sukham Chand and a galaxy of local leaders.
