IAF MiG Crash: Jammu’s unique force also martyred in MiG-21 accident, became Flying Officer in the year 2018

Jammu Jul 29 :- A unique force resident of RS Pura, Jammu, was also martyred in a MiG-21 fighter plane crash of the Air Force near Barmer, Rajasthan. When the family members got to know about this, they were shocked. The family members have left for Delhi to collect his body.

The flying officer’s mother is continuously fainting after getting the information. Administrative officials and local people have reached Anika’s house. He is constantly consoling his mother and others. Relatives told that Unique was the eldest in his family.

His younger brother is studying. He did his schooling from Sainik School Nagrota. Passed NDA exam in the year 2014. He became a flying officer in the year 2018. The pilot of Himachal Pradesh died in this accident.

The pilot of Sandhol in Mandi district was flying this aircraft. The pilot has been identified as Mohit’s son Ram Prakash, a resident of Sandhol Mandi. Father is retired from the rank of colonel in the army.

The Air Force said that both the pilots of the MiG-21 trainer aircraft lost their lives in this accident. The Air Force deeply regrets the loss of their lives and stands firmly with the bereaved families. A court of inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause of the accident.

Rajnath talks to Air Force Chief

Meanwhile, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Indian Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary on the crash of MiG-21 fighter aircraft in Barmer. The Chief of Air Staff briefed him about the incident in detail. Apart from this, through a tweet, he also expressed his condolences to the two air warriors who lost their lives in the crash of IAF’s MiG-21 trainer aircraft near Barmer, Rajasthan. The Defense Minister also said that his service to the nation will never be forgotten. My thoughts are with the bereaved families in this hour of grief.
