Pulwama Jul 26 :- Army’s 42 RR organized the District kickbox Championship for the young athletes of Pulwama district.
The event was inaugurated by the registrar of Islamic University Awantipora Professor Naseer Iqbal in the university premises In which 270 players participated.
On this occasion SSP Awantipora Muhammad Yusuf, Commanding Officer of 42 RR Peki Singh, DDC member Dadsara Avtar Singh and other people from all over the district made their presence .
Hundreds of youth from different schools of Pulwama district participated in this championship and showed their skills
Talking to the media, Naseer Iqbal said that sports activities can bring a positive change in the society.
