Jammu, June 7: Commissioner Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Garden, Sheikh Fayaz Ahmed, on Tuesday visited Bagh-e-Bahu to review development works being executed there.
Commissioner Secretary reviewed construction of office complex building of Directorate of Floriculture Jammu and Amphitheatre at Bagh-e-Bahu.
Director Floriculture Jammu, S. Jatinder Singh, Executive Engineer, Floriculture, Joint Director, Floriculture, Deputy Director, Planning and other officials of Floriculture department accompanied the Commissioner Secretary during the visit.
Commissioner Secretary directed the Executive Engineer for proper development of area in and around the directorate building before its inauguration. He also asked for keeping a provision of interlink between the Directorate and Bagh-e-Bahu garden for officials.
He further directed the landscaping wing to beautify the area with plantation and other utilities after good earth filling so that Amphitheatre be made green and colourful before it is thrown open for general public in coming months.
