Srinagar Apr 16 :-  Apni Party Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi and Spokesperson Fazal Kashani today held a press conference at the Party head office in Sheikh Bagh Srinagar. The press conference aimed at highlighting the plight of daily wagers which was earlier raised by Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari however his stand for justice for mitigation  of the sufferings of the daily wagers was criticised by other political parties.

During the press conference, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi gave a befitting reply to the political parties who gave baised statements to the press about the regularisation of the daily wagers. Andrabi stated that the political parties till date have used the people of Kashmir as a vote bank . He also said that Apni Party would stand shoulder to shoulder with the Daily wagers and youth of Jammu and Kashmir till their sufferings are mitigated.

“The traditional political parties in Kashmir are making mockery of themselves by spreading the venom. The parties are scared of Apni Party because they know that our party is based on politics of truth and justice. They know our strength and that is the reason they are defaming us” Andrabi said .

Taking a dig at the political parties, he said the traditional political parties are responsible for the low employment rate and lack of development in the valley. He also demanded setting up of Youth commission in order to check on to the job appointment made for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.

Spokesperson Fazal Kashani during the press conference said that the traditional parties till date had set-up the policies for the youth which aimed at benefiting the government and not the local masses.

He also said the government should take stand and create policies which would benifit the people of Jammu and Kashmir . Emphasing on the need of creating a self sufficient environment for the youth, Kashani said the administration needs to take up measures which would pave way towards achieving self employment avenues and making the youth empowered.

“The youth of Jammu and Kashmir wants development and not the tall claims made by the other political parties in the name of development. The traditional parties have used the people as a scapegoat to fulfill their personal motives by exploiting the common masses,” he said.
