Jammu Apr 14 :- The Aam Aadmi Party J&K, Jammu has paid rich tribute to Bharat Ratan Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his 131th birth Anniversary on 14th April, 2022 at Party Regional office 48 C/C Green Belt Park road Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, for his invaluable contribution to the Indian legal system & Constitution. The day is also celebrated as Ambedkar Equality Day in British Columbia Canada. Dr. Ambedkar was one of the most prominent social reformers of India, Ambedkar is known for his fight against the social evil of un-touch ability & the inequalities posed by the caste system of India. Born into a Dalit family, Ambedkar grew up watching his community being exploited & discriminated leading him to embark on a lifelong crusade for equality.
Paying floral tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Sh. Manish Sinha & other Sr. AAP leaders remembered the contribution of Dr. Ambedkar during freedom struggle & post Independence era. They describe Dr. Ambedkar as one of the towering personalities of the modern India. He is the architect of Indian Constitution. He is considered the Messiah for his efforts to bring equal opportunity & social justice to the marginalized communities. He will always be remembered for his outstanding contribution for the upliftment of weaker section of the society & the downtrodden people in this country.
