Baramulla, February 25: In view of Maha-Shivratri festival, Fisheries department Baramulla has made special arrangements for the sale of Trout and Carp fish across the district.
According to Assistant Director Fisheries Baramulla Mohammad Shafi Wani, Trout and Carp fish will be available for the Pandit community at key locations viz Baramulla, Tangmarg, Uri, Sopore, Pattan on 25th and 26th of February 2022.
He added that people can also get Trout fish from special sale outlets of the department set up at various rearing units of the district.
The Assistant Director further said that special arrangements have also been made on the occasion so that members of the Pandit community may not face any inconvenience. He also extended his greetings to the community on this festive occasion.
