Srinagar Feb 21 :- In the gross violation of transfer policy, scores of influential employee in Directorate of Health services Kashmir have never got transferred and are enjoying their positing as per their wish and will.
Reliable Sources told CNS that Scores of Employees in Health Department who are acting as Dictators and kings, have not been transferred and are enjoying overstay from last more than 10 years in directorate of Health services Kashmir.
Sources alleged that most of these overstaying employees have close proximity either with higher ups or enjoying the political patronage due to which they kept themselves away from transfer procedure. Some of the officials in health department have been overstaying for over a decade now.
As per government’s official transfer policy of 2010 all the employees having more than two years of stay at a particular place shall be transferred.
However, the Health Department has not been following the transfer policy either by premature transfer of officials or retaining employees for years at a specific post.
Sources also revealed that Scores of Doctors in various Hospitals of Kashmir valley are also enjoying overstay from last more than 10 years and have been avoiding their transfers again and again by using their Influence.
Meanwhile the List of these employees has been already submitted to the additional chief Secretary for necessary action but till date these Influential Employees have still not transferred.
