Jammu Feb 18 :- Indian Army conducted an interactive career counselling session for students of Muqaddas Academy in Mendhar on 18 Feb 2022. Students of Class 11th and 12th, attended the counselling session.
The students were educated on the various entry schemes to join Indian Armed Forces. The advantages of a career in the Indian Army also highlighted to the children to inspire them to pursue a profession dedicated in service to the Nation. Young lady officers shared their experiences about the armed forces and inspired the young students to choose the career of their choice. They shared the essential information about various career options to include Medical , Non-medical and commerce streams. The Girl students were specially motivated by the real life stories narrated by young Army Officer.
Mrs Reena Devi w/o braveheart ASI Babu Ram, Ashok Chakra, appreciated the efforts of the Mendhar gunners for organising such an inspiring event.
The event was organized in close co-ordination & support from the school & civil administration. Indian Army appreciated the efforts of Mr Muneer Hossain Shah, Chairman, Muqaddas Degree College for contributing in education field for upliftment of the children in the region.
