Jamuu Feb 18 :- Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Anusuchit Jaati (SC) Morcha district Jammu distributed eatables under “Guru Ravidass Jayanti Pakhwada” at Mentally Challenged Children Home Channi, Jammu.
Programme to distribute fruits, biscuit and other eatables by BJP SC Morcha was organized by Morcha Social Media Secretary & Incharge of “Guru Ravidass Jayanti Pakhwada” Adarsh Jathiar and Morcha District President ML Menia in the presence of J&K BJP Media Secretary Dr. Pardeep Mahotra. SC Morcha Secretary Rajkumar, Publicity Secretary Ashwani, District Vice-President Dr. Desh Raj Thappa and Sanjay Bakshi were also present on the occasion.
Dr. Pardeep Mahotra while addressing on the occasion appreciated the efforts of BJP SC Morcha for reaching out to the society with the noble mission. He said that Shree Guru Ravidass has given us all a message of perfect social harmony in the society. He said that Guru ji is not only a spiritual figure of a single community but He stands among the top religious and social leader of all the communities across the physical boundaries. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also striving for a Nation free of casteism, regionalism and other social evils which is achievable only by following the foot steps of great saints like Guru Ravidass ji.
Adarsh Jathiar said that J&K BJP SC Morcha has taken the mission to reach out to the needy segments of the society in this “Guru Ravidass Jayanti Pakhwada”. He disclosed that such programmes are being organized at every district and Mandal level which also aims to take the message of Shree Guru Ravidass to the common masses.
ML Menia said that the District will organize more programmes under the Pakhwada in coming days. He also said that SC Morcha is making all dedicated efforts to recognize and help out the needy segments in their essential requirements.
