Arrangements for re-opening of Colleges/Schools discussed at Shopian

Shopian, February 14: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani today convened a meeting of Principals, Headmasters and other concerned for ensuring proper arrangements in the wake of opening of schools after closure due to COVID-19 pandemic.

On the occasion, the ADC directed for ensuring proper seating arrangements in all the Colleges/Schools and also for ensuring that all students in the 15 to 17 years age group and teachers are vaccinated in view of reopening of schools.

He exhorted the Principals, Headmasters and others concerned for ensuring that all the COVID-19 protocols are followed in letter and spirit like maintaining social distancing, wearing masks in all their respective  colleges/schools to avoid the spread of CoronaVirus.

Among others, Chief Education Officer, Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed, CMO, Principal Government Degree College, Shopian, Principal, DIET, Shopian, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Shopian, Headmasters and other concerned were present in the meeting.
