Anantnag, December 23: As part of ‘Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ campaign and in observance of Good Governance Week, Forest Department (Anantnag Forest Division) in collaboration with the Cultural Wing of Education Department (CEO Anantnag) today conducted a Painting Competition on the theme of “Importance of Rivers” at Govt. Girls HSS Ranibagh, Anantnag.

50 girl students from 10 schools participated in the competition.

CEO Anantnag said that during the ongoing Maha Utsav, various competitions will be organized at School Cluster level, Zonal level, District and Divisional level under the supervision of Nodal Officers nominated by the department.

Later, the prizes were distributed among the students who got Ist, 2nd and 3rd position in the said painting competition.
