Rajouri, December 23: As a part of Good Governance week campaign, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal chaired a meeting to review the progress on the disposal of the grievances.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Pawan Kumar; DFO Rajouri, Arshdeep Singh; DFO Nowshera, Neelima; ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; ADC Kalakote, Krishan Lal; ACR, Tahir Mustafa Malik; ACD, Sushil Khajuria; CMO, Dr Shamim Un Nissa Bhatti; ExEn PWD Rajouri, Maqbool Hussain; ExEn Jal Shakti Rajouri, Mushtaq Ahmed; ExEn PMGSY Rajouri, Subash Chander besides other concerned officers attended the meeting.
The meeting was informed that out of 1674 grievances received from different online portals concerning different departments during this financial year, as many as 1604 have been disposed of till date.
The DC also sought a department wise report of grievances received and disposed of till date.
He stressed upon the officers to ensure the daily disposal of the grievances to reduce pendency and warned that no laxity shall be tolerated in this regard. He also called for quality disposal of the grievances and directed them to deploy an official solely to this purpose.
