Ramban, December 13: District Ramban today added another dimension to its e-governance regime by introducing eight revenue services online.
The move will improve the public delivery mechanism and facilitate obtaining of different certificates at a click of one button.
Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mussarat Islam launched the services on the Serviceplus portal from where people can access Marriage Certificate, SC/ST Certificate, Legal Heir Certificate, Dependant Certificate, Character Certificate, Income Certificate, OBC/RBA/ALC Certificate and Income and assets certificate for Economically Weaker Sections.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner urged the people to avail the services online mode by following process of self registration on servicesonline.gov.in/jammu.
The DC said the district Ramban is making concerted efforts to reach out to the people through online mode so that their issues and grievances are redressed on a real time basis.
He also informed the people that the people can also avail various services through Ramban e-Suvidha app which can be downloaded from playstore.
The Portal is designed and developed by a team of NIC including Shubam Gupta and Mohit Kumar.
