POONCH, October 14: Shaheed DySP Manjit Singh Memorial Volleyball Club Poonch felicitated Ajaz Ahmed of Poonch for his selection in Devayang India under-19 year cricket team.
In a special gathering of young volleyball trainees of Shaheed Manjit Club, chairman, Mohd Tariq introduced the talented cricketer with the sole aim to encourage the youth of the district. Important to mention here that Ajaz started his sports journey as a young volleyball player.
“Ajaz has been made part of the Indian team heading for Bangladesh tour in December. He has also been selected for DPL (Devayang Premier League) in Mumbai Idols,” informed Mohd Tariq.
