JAMMU, October 14: Jammu and Kashmir Wushu Association today finalised the 38-member UT team for participation in the 20th Junior National Wushu Championship to be held at Jalandhar from October 20 to October 25.
Earlier, the Association conducted two-day selection trials at Gindun Stadium Rajbagh Srinagar involving 150 players from 14 districts, a handout issued by the Association here today said.
In the meantime, the selected team underwent screening conducted by the J&K Sports Council (JKSC).
Also present during screening were Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Wushu Association, Kuldeep Handoo and joint secretary, Maqsood Rather.
