Srinagar, Jun 28: Jammu and Kashmir police Monday claimed to have achieved a major success by arresting a top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander at Srinagar’s Parimpora locality when he was travelling in a vehicle
In a tweet, Kashmir zone police wrote: “Top LeT commander Nadeem Abrar #arrested. He was involved in several #killings. Big success for us: IGP Kashmir.”
As per news agency—IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar termed Abrar’s arrest as a big success for the police.
Police sources told that Abrar was travelling an Alto vehicle bearing number JK 05E 5646 along with another militant and the operation was carried out by the joint teams of Srinagar police and Cargo at National Highway Crossing Primpora—(KNO)
